Welcome to the Pickathon 2016 volunteer application! To apply for a position, please fill out the application below. Please be sure you have read over all of the volunteer information at pickathon.com/volunteer before you apply.

To access the application, select your top choice crew (see list below) and enter in the password for that crew. If you have not already read over the crew descriptions, please do so here to pick your favorite: pickathon.com/volunteer. You may only make ONE top crew choice. The rest of the application will appear once you have entered the password for your top choice crew. You can select your second through fifth choices further down the application.

All applications require a $20 application fee. While we are able to accept most volunteers that apply, your fee will be refunded if we cannot offer you a position. Volunteers who commit to shifts and then cancel prior to the festival are not eligible to have their $20 application fee refunded.

After you are accepted to a crew you will be sent a link to pay a fully refundable $100 deposit. Your volunteer position is not confirmed until your deposit is paid. Volunteers who complete all of their assigned shifts will have their deposit fully refunded after festival tear down is complete in the end of August. Volunteers why fail to show up for one or more of their shifts will not have their deposit refunded and will be barred from volunteer for future festivals.
